Been going here for years. 3 dogs are seen by Dr. Wheeler and Dr. Nelson. Haven't found a better vet. Update:08/22/2026-5 stars down to 2 Dr. Nelson is no longer there. She was the best and apparently the only reason I stayed with them.The company has grown, great for them. What’s hard to accept is that there is no clear consistent communication with staff. Account profiles have errors they ignore or refuse to change even at my request. I pay for 2 wellness plans, don’t think of it as pet insurance it’s not. It’s a pre-pay program, basically. If you need to make changes be aware- only one staff member is fully trained on the wellness plans. Don’t trust that front desk staff will complete your request.. with the Wellness plan I have unlimited vet visits, you would think that would be really good for any unexpected needs. Anytime I attempt to make an appointment for something it’s 3 weeks out if not more. Don’t have more than 1 phone number listed on your profile or you may not even get the reminder call, front desk staff can not seem to keep track of who they see or speak too! In The last year I have had to call them with 2 emergency calls. I am told to take them to an emergency vet. No empathy just pass the problem to another vet. In 2020/2021 if I called for something even minor they would care enough to fit us in same day or give clear instructions on what to look for in serious situations. The compassion seems to be lacking. Feels like the vet grew too fast for it to handle. And our beloved animals and ourselves are feeling a disconnect. Welcome to corporate veterinary services, they call to make sure your bills are paid, or that you missed an appointment. If you have pets that have no medical issues, never go outside, this will be a great place. Otherwise I recommend you look elsewhere.

I will be eternally grateful for the dedicated compassionate skilled service received for my precious Sadie Grace by Dr. Zuver at our recent appointment. Dr. Zuver was Sadie Grace’s first veterinarian 10 years ago. Being reunited has truly been the greatest blessing! Thank you also to Sarah at the front desk and Ryan, the assistant for being so incredibly kind and personable.

I brought Simba in. He’s a new patient of theirs. They treat us so good and help me understand everything about my new pet. They’re the greatest place. Thank you guys and the front desk. Ladies are also very sweet and helpful. Simba peed on the floor twice and there were so nice about it.
