They have always been good to my pets very good service and friendly people

Great vet that uses his head instead of just following a one-size fits all approach that a computer or grade schooler could do with a decision flowchart. I really appreciate their willingness to think outside the box provided by corporate "partners" in medicine. The sort of work that can't be replaced by a decision matrix, and can only be earned by experience. Other vets nearby have had either dangerously harmful or unhelpful advice. Almost like the corporations who create or mandate treatment standards prioritize profits over the patient. But doncha know that doesn't matter, because they are the "science" and would never prioritize earnings over the individual. There is no reward structure in place to encourage such atrocious behavior, right? The vet here has earned my respect.

I had a very disappointing experience with this clinic. The customer service is honestly unacceptable. The people at the front desk did not seem welcoming or helpful at all. As a first-time visitor, I expected at least some basic guidance about what to do, how the process works, or what to expect, but nobody explained anything or made me feel comfortable. I came to the clinic to get some procedures done for my pet. Their posted hours say they are open until 6 PM, and I arrived around 4 PM. The clinic was completely closed. There was no sign on the door, no explanation, no notice about why they were closed. I tried calling the phone number and nobody answered. This is extremely unprofessional. People trust veterinary clinics with their pets’ health, and communication and reliability should be the bare minimum. If your hours change or there is a reason you are closed, clients should be informed. Very disappointing experience, and I would not recommend this place based on the lack of professionalism and poor communication.
